Personal information is provided directly by yourself for the purposes of providing our service to you.

Under the UK GDPR, the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is contractual obligation. We process the minimum amount of information required to provide our service, provide logins, analyse information and provide our service.

How we store your personal information

Your personal information is stored on our secure servers, hosted in the UK.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, and delete it when you delete your account.

We may retain some financial information for longer than this to comply with UK accounting regulations. This will be six years after our last bill to you.

Who we share your personal information with

We share personal information with the following third parties for the given reasons:

  • Google (Analytics and Web Traffic Analysis) for tracking usage of our website and the performance of our online advertisements.
  • OpenAI to provide the underlying AI analysis of your data that you upload.
  • DigitalOcean who are the providers of the servers on which we host our website and app. These servers are all located in the UK.

The lawful basis we rely on for this is our legitimate interest (in the case of Google Analytics) and to provide our contractual obligation in the case of OpenAI and DigitalOcean.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
